We are also looking for salespeople who have car sales experience and is knowledgeable about new and used automobile sales, the industry, and our market. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-level customer service. With sales volume on the rise, we need a sales associate with a proven sales track record of exceptional customer service, sales skills and willingness to be trained.
Automotive Job Description:
Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers and Sales Managers to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
Conducts telephone inquiries, follow up calls and customer care calls
Greets customers promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive environment.
Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
Responds immediately to client requests and inquiries.
Experience with Internet and retail tools.
Ability to forecast goals and objectives for vehicle sales.
